Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with Onda EV. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Orders & Payment

A 75% deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. All payments are final and non-refundable once production has commenced. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Custom Orders

Each Onda EV is produced to your specification. Color, seating configuration, and other options are selected at the time of order and cannot be changed once production has begun.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is approximately 60 days from payment confirmation. Onda EV covers all customs fees upon entry into the country. Delays due to shipping, customs, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Warranty

Each Onda EV is backed by a one-year warranty covering the engine and battery under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow operating guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

Onda EV's liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Costa Rica.
