Because all Ondas are custom ordered, we cannot offer refunds after an order has been placed.

We encourage you to book a test drive first, review all details carefully, and make sure you feel completely confident before you commit. We are happy to answer any questions before you order.

Warranty

Every Onda EV comes with a 1-year warranty on the engine and a 5-year warranty on the battery. If something goes wrong within the warranty period, we'll make it right.
